Who we are
This website is operated by Lone Star Paramotor, a USPPA and ASC certified paramotor training school based at 20180 FM 2252, Hangar 1, San Antonio, TX 78266. Information you give us
Our contact and booking forms ask for your name, email address, phone number and whatever details you choose to include in your message. We use that information only to reply to you and to arrange training, a discovery flight or an order. Form submissions are emailed to our team and, along with the page you submitted from, are kept in our email records. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone other than the service providers listed below who help us run the site.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
This site uses cookies and similar technologies. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use the site, and Google Ads conversion tracking to measure the results of our advertising. We also advertise on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram), which may involve Meta advertising technology measuring visits and conversions. These tools collect technical and usage information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and the source that referred you.
You can opt out of Google Analytics across all sites by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. You can also manage Google ad personalisation at My Ad Center, adjust Meta ad settings in your Facebook or Instagram account, and block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Call tracking
We use call tracking so we know which marketing brings in calls. This means the phone number shown on the site may differ depending on how you arrived — for example, our Google Ads landing pages display a different tracking number than the rest of the site. All numbers ring the same business. Calls placed to those numbers may be logged or recorded for quality and attribution purposes. If you would prefer not to be recorded, please tell us at the start of the call or contact us by email instead.
Payments
Online payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe's secure checkout and are handled by Stripe — we never see or store your card number. We receive only the order details and confirmation that a payment succeeded. Stripe processes your payment information under its own privacy policy.
We use SendGrid to deliver the emails generated by our forms, including the internal notification to our team and the confirmation we send back to you. SendGrid processes the contents of those emails in order to deliver them.
Your choices and your data
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@lonestarparamotor.com or call 210-972-7320 and we will take care of it. We keep enquiry records only as long as we need them for training, safety and business records.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will remove it.

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the last-updated date above.
